Here at Greenwood Flora we strive to make sure that our products are of the highest standard.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Greenwood Flora product, all you need to do is contact us. You will need to take a photograph of your Greenwood Flora arrangement and email it to us, clearly addressing your concerns within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
If we determine that your flowers were damaged during delivery, or below our high quality standards, we will offer to replace them or a full refund.
If you are provided with a refund, we will deposit your full refund onto the original credit card that was provided on purchase.
Please make sure that the recipient will be at the delivery location on the day of delivery. It is crucial that you provide us with the correct contact details for delivery. If the wrong details are given, extra charges could be incurred for redelivery. If the recipient is not at the delivery address and permission has been granted to leave the Greenwood Flora product, we will not accept responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged.
Due to reasons beyond our control, from time to time, substitutions will have to be made for certain flowers and foliage. We will maintain the highest quality by replacing the flowers or foliage with the best alternative available in these circumstances.
